Following the branding and graphic language we had developed for the client we produced some leaflets with the updated branding with great success. We were then commissioned to provide an update of the newsletter that had been previously produced.

The Company

Lifeflow teach a range of practical meditation and mindfulness techniques – they help you find a way to calm your mind and relax easily. It’s easy to understand, non-religious and based on over 30 years' experience of teaching people from all over Adelaide and abroad. The courses and retreats give you the skills to bring calm, refreshment and perspective into your everyday life.

The Brief

An existing Newsletter had been well produced and printed by the staff. This was a great project to add the new branding to. We chatted about the look and feel the newsletter should project. Calm, open, and lite was the consensus. As there was a lot of material this would need some careful consideration.

We set about creating a grid for the layout and style. Full page imagery with white space to add some crisp calmness.
We suggested a heading style and page to consist of at least half as white space with custom text treatment for the headings. This would add to the open and lite effect we wanted to achieve.
Images were sourced and placed. The grid was applied to all the content enabling a clear crisp layout that communicates.

Digital Solution

Printed on a satin stock and supplied to the client ready to be distributed. With the added bonus of a full colour version produced now and in the future for not more than the previous budget in black and white!

Results

The continuing need to provide good quality material to stakeholders and printed resources for them to use has become a very important part of the brand mix for the client. The overall impression from the members was of the company coming of age in it's presentation not only externally but internally as well. A huge step forward in the business of well being.
